Tru Talent Workshop is an adult actors gym founded by award-winning actor Tobias Truvillion — a safe space created for artists who are serious about mastering their craft, strengthening their mindset, and building lasting careers in film, television, and theater.
More than just a class, Tru Talent Workshop is designed as a training ground for committed artists — a community where actors are challenged to elevate their craft, strengthen their confidence, and approach the business with professionalism and purpose.
Through Tru Talent Workshop, Tobias combines professional acting technique with personal growth, helping actors break out of fear, trust their instincts, and deliver truthful performances. The workshop focuses on scene study for television and film, on-camera audition technique, emotional preparation, voice control, improvisation, and the development of a strong artistic identity.

With more than 25 years of experience in the entertainment industry, Tobias has built a respected career across television, film, and stage. His work has appeared in major productions including Empire, First Wives Club, and Brooklyn's Finest. His journey as a working actor has given him firsthand knowledge of the discipline, resilience, and authenticity required to succeed in the industry.
Tobias believes great acting begins with self-awareness, discipline, and courage. His mission is to help actors not only become better performers, but stronger, more grounded individuals capable of bringing the full human experience to the screen and stage.
